1. What are the rental rates for the meeting rooms?  

Our rental rates vary based on the room size and duration of use. Starting rates are £15 per hour. Please contact us for a personalized quote.


2. Is catering included in the booking or a separate service?  

Catering can be a separate service, or self catering is welcomed. Tea and coffee can be provided at cost.


3. How do I check the availability of a specific meeting room?  

You can easily check the availability of a meeting room by reaching out to our Lettings Officer through phone or email at 343002.



4. Can I bring my own audiovisual equipment for presentations?



Yes, you can bring your own audiovisual equipment if PAT tested, or you can use our equipment provided in the rooms.



5. Is there parking available at the venue?


Yes, we have 12 parking spaces available for your convenience and 2 for accessability.

6. How far in advance should I book my event?


We recommend booking your event as early as possible to secure your preferred date and meeting room.

7. Can I tour the venue before making a booking?



Absolutely! Please book an in-person visit with our team
